Lionel Hotel Istanbul

Consistently courteous staff and the location was absolutely perfect. Sagmalcilar tube station was 5 min away. Asked for connecting room and it was big with a good view.

What a comfortable stay, nothing to complain about. Perfect hotel with everything fairly clean throughout and a good and absolutely perfect location close to Tramway. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and climate control, an individual safe and flat-screen TV in the room. All the staff were ready to help.

Everything was fairly clean and fabulous. Comfortable bed in superior king room with a personal safe, climate control, and a kettle. Unbeatable, nice location in the particularly good area. Situated only 1 km from Axis Avm Eyup. Very good services, stable Wi-Fi. Great way to end our holiday.

The corner suite was spacious with amazing views. I loved the food, especially the grilled chicken. The hotel's location is great, but getting a taxi can be tricky in the industrial area. Kadriye at the front desk was amazing. She organized a perfect tour and even helped return my lost headphones!

Kadriye at the reception was superb, assisting with tour bookings and even helping retrieve my lost headphones. Breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious. Getting a taxi from the hotel can be tricky due to its location in an industrial area. Their follow-up on charges was too persistent at times, especially when I had already cleared my payments. It felt a bit distressing especially while recovering from surgery. These issues detracted from an otherwise good experience.

My family and I enjoyed a good week at this hotel. The location was fantastic and made exploring Istanbul easy. Special shoutout to Ms. Almira for her really good service. Don't miss their onsite restaurant. The local dishes are a must-try!

What a good experience! The breakfast spread was very nice, with delicious Turkish options that I couldn't resist. The indoor pool was a lovely retreat at the end of the day. I also appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the room service was timely. I would definitely stay here again!

While the expansive rooms were a plus, the hotel's location sat a bit far from the main tourist attractions, which might be a drawback for those wanting to explore on foot. The fitness and spa facilities, operated by another company, closed quite early and felt somewhat dated. Certainly not a standout experience worth raving about. The restaurant menu left much to be desired regarding quality, which could hinder convenient dining options after a long day.

I stayed here for a relaxing family getaway and enjoyed the serene environment. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and I have to commend the really good service from Mr Abdulkadair at the reception and Mrs Zara from guest relations.
